The first trailer for John Wick spin-off Ballerina is here, and it's certainly not skimping on any action.
Like the John Wick films, Ballerina is a story of revenge. Its lead, Eve Macarro (Ana de Armas), seeks vengeance against the people who murdered her family, and in order to get it, she'll train in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma. Those assassin skills are already on full display in the Ballerina trailer, with Eve delivering beatdowns with everything from knives to guns to ice skates.
But Eve isn't the only high-profile assassin on display in Ballerina, which takes place during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. We also get to see John Wick (Keanu Reeves) himself, along with other recurring characters like New York Continental manager Winston Scott (Ian McShane) and his concierge Charon (the late Lance Reddick).
