Magician takes down argument for anti-trans bathroom laws with a simple trick
Watch Next

It's rare that a video can explain a complicated social issue in less than two minutes -- but this video comes as close as it gets.

Comedian and magician Justin Willman decided to take down ridiculous anti-trans bathroom arguments using a deceptively simple magic trick and some good old fashioned peanut butter and jelly.

It's not how the peanut butter and jelly is labeled that matters -- it's what on the inside of the jars that counts.

Why should peanut butter go to a peanut butter bathroom if it's jelly on the inside? Why should jelly be forced to go to a jelly bathroom? Also, it's a bathroom -- honestly, who cares?

Sure, Willman's demonstration only touches the surface of the discussion -- but it explains a nuanced social issue in beautiful human terms.
