As Baton Rouge residents remain in shock over the violence that's erupted in their city, new details have emerged about one of the officers killed during a shooting Sunday morning.
"I've experienced so much in my short life and these last 3 days have tested me to the core," Montrell Jackson, one of the slain police officers, wrote on his Facebook page on July 8.
Three police officers were killed and three others were wounded when a gunman went on a shooting rampage in Baton Rouge.
