BBC newsman Simon McCoy has reached the stage in his career where he no longer has the capacity to put on a fake smile and bullshit his way through a story he knows is not news-worthy.

In the past, McCoy has expressed his disdain for surfing dogs, now, he's got it out for the royal family and their unnecessary press releases.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce they're expecting a baby in April," McCoy read on TV. He was then quick to point out how the news story was just simply not news.

"Now, bearing in mind they announced she was pregnant in September, and it was thought she was around two to three months pregnant, I'm not sure how much news this really is," McCoy said, visibly annoyed.
