Bear Grylls has crossed the North Atlantic, climbed one of the most remote peaks in the world, and completed all sorts of wild tasks during his many television shows. In a new segment for Hot Ones, though, Grylls takes on a new challenge: The spiciest of foods.

The British adventurer appeared on the YouTube show where host Sean Evans speaks to various personalties while they attempt to try some of the hottest sauces out there, paired with chicken wings.

Grylls talks mountaineering, his most daunting moments in the wild, eating a "dodgy snake", and the worst animal testicles to consume (?!) — all while struggling to keep his composure intact.
