Storied country music singer and legendary mullet pioneer Billy Ray Cyrus wants to bring back the mullet.
In this very serious PSA, Cyrus calls on America to go to their barber and demand "just a little off the top and nothing else."
It makes sense, of course. Cyrus' early '90s mullet was truly one of the most inspiring Kentucky waterfalls of all time.
Cyrus stars in Still the King on CMT, debuting June 12.
