The fans have been waiting, and now it's here: Bon Appétit's Claire Saffitz has finally made gourmet Hot Pockets. Fair warning: It will make you crave Hot Pockets.
This Gourmet Makes installment has a 43-minute run time, which is longer than your average episode. This is great for fans, but not ideal for Claire, who starts the video confident she can finish the project "today." She does not, but the journey is beautiful: full of cheese, ham, sauce, pepperoni ... and stuffed inside a cardboard slot.
Spoiler: It all works out! And to be fair, the ingredient list for original Hot Pockets is as long as a CVS receipt. It makes sense that it would be difficult to replicate.
