These 90-pound butter sculptures at the Minnesota State Fair are legen-dairy

Every year, the Minnesota State Fair crowns a young woman "Princess Kay of the Milky Way" to represent dairy farm families in the state. She also gets her likeness carved in a 90-pound block of butter on the first day of the fair — and it is awesome.
