Camila Cabello's badly translated version of 'bad guy' gets kind of weird

Google Translate is very useful in a lot of respects, giving people the general gist of what is being said in languages they don't understand. It isn't great for detail, but it's clear enough for most casual purposes. That is, unless you repeatedly run song lyrics through it.

'Havana' singer Camila Cabello appeared on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday to perform a cover of Billie Eilish's 'bad guy'. However instead of sticking to the traditional lyrics we all know and love, Cabello sung a version that had been put through the Google Translate wringer a few too many times.

"Eliminate your dad," sung Cabello, turning original lyric "might seduce your dad type" into something more evocative of professional hitmen than typical bad guys.

Cabello also performed a duet with Fallon, singing a similarly butchered version of Shaggy's 2000 hit 'It Wasn't Me.' Or, as Google Translate calls it, 'I'm Not The Self.'
