In the trailer for Netflix's The Old Guard, Nile (KiKi Layne) gets kidnapped by Andy (Charlize Theron) in what turns out to be the most intense job interview ever.

Andy is part of the old guard — a phrase no one says in the trailer, but you get it — a group of fighters who have been taking on secret missions to protect the world ever since the Crusades. Nile may be a new recruit, but she quickly learns that most of the team has been on the job for centuries and effectively immortal.

Based on the graphic novel by Greg Rucka and directed by Gina Prince-Blythewood, The Old Guard also stars Marwan Kenzari, Luca Marinelli, Harry Melling, Van Veronica Ngo, Matthias Schoenaerts, and Chiwetel Ejiofor.

The Old Guard arrives on Netflix July 10.
