While Pennywise and the Joker have been literally tearing up our screens, it's been pretty a tough time for regular clowns.

In a sketch aired on Thursday's Late Late Show, James Corden, Max Greenfield, Cedric the Entertainer, and Olivia Harewood play clowns not booking birthday parties anymore. They're down to their last dollar, thanks to these two murderous on-screen jerks, played by Pete Holmes and Seth Green.

When the homicidal clowns fronting IT and Joker try to join the (sad) party, there's just one thing on the table.

"None of us can find work because of you two," says one clown. "You're a disgrace to clowns."

"Everybody now thinks that clowns just want to eat kids and murder Batman. But I don't want to murder Batman. I like Batman," says another.

There's only one thing for it. CLOOOOOWN FIIIIIGHT!
