On Thursday, President Donald Trump tweeted that "Iran has been formally PUT ON NOTICE" for a ballistic missile test conducted on Sunday. Stephen Colbert takes issue with this for two reasons.

First, no one's really sure what Trump means by "PUT ON NOTICE." And second, putting people on notice is kind of Colbert's thing.

"This is not the first time Donald Trump has ripped me off. OK, I came up with the whole over-the-top TV character who's desperate to be loved, doesn't believe in facts and has a pet eagle."
