Many video game fans have been highly anticipating November's release of Death Stranding, the first title from revered developer Hideo Kojima's new studio Kojima Productions. Death Stranding has been shrouded in mystery, partially due to Kojima's secrecy and partially because the trailers make no damn sense.

Conan O'Brien was therefore rightfully thrilled to visit Kojima Productions' offices in Tokyo during Wednesday night's episode of Conan, guided by Hideo Kojima himself. "This is an absolutely amazing opportunity and a huge mistake on their part," said O'Brian.

Kojima showed O'Brien his toy collection, including one of himself, as well as a very secret clothing rack. The pair also sat down to watch one of Death Stranding's baffling baby-filled trailers, which caused O'Brien to exclaim, "Oh my god. What's wrong with you?"

Kojima also scanned O'Brien to insert him in the game, with O'Brien hoping to be portrayed as "a great, masculine hero". Sadly for him, Kojima had other plans.
