James Gunn, who directed Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy and its sequel, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 has released a space-themed retro music video starring The Sneepers ft. David Hasselhoff ( a.k.a. Zardu Hasselfrau) performing Guardians' Inferno.

The incredibly wacky video that looks straight out of the '70s also includes the movies' cast members Dave Bautista, Sean Gunn Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Michael Rooker, and Zoe Saldana. And of course, Star-Lord a.k.a. Chris Pratt graces us with his presence at the end of the video.

According to Gunn, David Yarovesky directed the video but the actual idea itself came straight from Gunn's creative mind.

The video will be released as part of the special feature on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Blu-ray available on Aug. 22.

But for now, please enjoy the '70s disco-inspired music video on YouTube and pay attention to Hasselhoff's closing line: "In these times of hardship, just remember: We. Are. Groot.”
