Just when we thought superhero fatigue had set in, here comes a full Deadpool & Wolverine trailer with Deadpool sticking a gun right to Wolverine's forehead, and the dude just grins in response.

Last year was frankly hell when it came to the barrage of meh-to-bad live-action superhero movies that included Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3, The Marvels and The Flash. But 2024 is looking up. Yeah sure, Madame Web was weird and wonky, but it was different! This fall Joker: Folie à Deux is going full musical. But this summer, everyone's favorite merc with a mouth is back — and he's bringing his favorite X-Men member into the fray for another R-rated, action-packed, wildly inappropriate for kids romp?

You had us at reuniting Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds (who previously played the characters in the rightly forgotten X-Men: Origins - Wolverine). Seemingly set before Logan — or maybe in an alt time-line — Deadpool & Wolverine has two of the most anti-social supes in the Marvel catalogue teaming up to Madonna. Naturally.

As both heroes say in this NSFW trailer: "LET'S FUCKING GO!"

Deadpool and Wolverine premieres in theaters on July 26.
