It's an emotional time right now for many, whether you're social distancing, self-isolating, under government lockdown, or right on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.

So, you might need a little reminder that while things are pretty strange, scary, and unprecedented at the moment, you'll get through it.

Calling in from home for James Corden's Late Late Show Homefest special, the cast of Tony award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen β€” the current Broadway and National Touring companies along with the OG Evan Hansen, Ben Platt β€” performed the highly emotional, uplifting "You Will Be Found."

It's a song about getting through times of despair and darkness, so pretty damn fitting right now.
