Even when Denzel Washington is throwing a bowl of cranberry sauce at a basketball hoop, he still somehow manages to make it look cool.
In the clip above from The Tonight Show, Washington competes against Jimmy Fallon in a "Random Object Shootout". Basically, they take turns throwing a range of weird stuff -- everything from a butternut squash to an actual VHS tape of the Spike Lee classic He Got Game -- at a basketball hoop. It's just as hard, and as messy, as it sounds.
Ultimately it's a pretty close-fought contest, but luckily Fallon drafts in some surprise help at the end to give him an edge.
