There are plenty of takes out there about the simplistic, and thus problematic treatment of race in the seemingly feel-good Green Book, but we think Desus & Mero explained it best.

In a parody called "The Greenest Book," which featured in the duo's debut episode on Showtime on Thursday, they trailer's VO introduces a "story of a white man... who had the courage to know a black person."

Featuring a number of the film's memorable-ish scenes, once you're done watching this skit, you too can declare that "racism is over now," we guess.
