When soldier Hannah Foraker was visiting home during Christmas after being away at Basic Combat Training for three months, her elderly pup Buddy welcomed her home in the most adorable way.
“We opened the front door and she came running out and greeted me and my family, but then kind of did a double take and came back to me,” Foraker told BuzzFeed.
Once the 13-year-old golden retriever realized it was Foraker, the happy dog cries took over -- as did the overjoyed leg pumps.
