Sometimes puppies have so much energy in their tiny bodies that they have no idea what to do with it. So they just kinda zoom at everything. It's an adorable force of chaos.
The Internet's Janitor posted a subscriber special video in which he filmed his dog with the caption "If my dog spills one drop of water, the video ends." The footage pans over a floor wet with water before he sets down a new bowl of water. If you see how short the video is, you can probably what happens next.
But what adds to the energy is the fact that the video cuts off so abruptly, similar to the style of Perfectly Cut Sceams.
The part that isn't as cute though is that he'll have to clean the floors afterwards.
