This bulldog wants to swim, dammit, and he's prepared to do so with or without water.
Like a true champ, he refused to let his summer dreams be crushed simply because his owner didn't fill up his pool with water, so he hopped in anyways to go for a "swim."
Thankfully we have this determined pup to teach us all that though a pool may appear to be empty, it is always full of possibility.
