When tying up your dog, it's probably a good idea to make sure that object is either heavier than your pup or stationary.

Well, one dog owner thought it would be a good idea to tie her dog to a light chair while she was grabbing a coffee nearby. Bad idea. The dog quickly realized that he was semi-free, and used the chair as an opportunity to play a solo game of chase.

Eventually, the dog's owner returned to retrieve her dog and save it from the chair.
