Alilee Shalom Galilee caught this precious interaction at a market in Davao City in the Philippines.
Although it was lightly raining, this little dog stayed dry with the help of its owner. After loading the pup into his bicycle basket and tucking it in with a plastic bubble wrap cape, the owner pulled out a tiny straw hat and securely fastened it around his dog's head.
Once he made sure his furry friend was safe and dry, he cycled away.
