Michael Joseph Ryan, a 19-year-old from Virginia, caused a scene in Manhattan while attempting to scale the facade of Trump Tower with suction cups.
After more than 2 hours of climbing, the police and fire department were able to rescue and arrest the man.
According to a YouTube video he posted earlier, Ryan was trying to get a private meeting with Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
