Robb Scott wants everyone to know what Down Syndrome really is — something beautiful.
During a shopping trip, Robb Scott watched a father attempt to explain Down Syndrome to his son, calling it an "illness." When Scott didn't speak up, he felt that he'd failed his own son, who has Down Syndrome himself.
Now, he's offering his perspective on Down Syndrome in a poignant new video, calling it one of the most "beautiful" things in his life.
"They are great teachers, people with Down Syndrome," he says through tears. "It's not an illness."
