Being the new guy at work is tough for everyone, but it's even tougher when the people you work with seem to operate using a secret language of inside jokes and nonsense phrases.

Drake finds himself in this exact situation in a just-released sketch from his May episode of Saturday Night Live, where he plays new Kinko's employee Derek, a Michigan fan whose co-workers (Beck Bennett and Bobby Moynihan) try but fail to teach him the Kinko's way.

You can watch the sketch above, which you're seeing first on Mashable.

The clip is one in a series of never-seen sketches being released by Saturday Night Live this summer to keep you from going into SNL withdrawal.

SNL returns this fall.
