Stephen Greenwood is a Californian who documented his time in Sydney, Australia, with a little help from his drone.

The footage is genuinely spellbinding, far outstripping many'a tourism campaign that's come before it.

"I get inspired by getting to fly in new and unique landscapes, which is why I decided to bring the [drone] to Sydney with me," explained Greenwood to Mashable via Messenger.

Better still, Greenwood's main motivation for traveling Down Under was based on that age-old impulse: revenge.

"I've wanted to travel to Australia to climb Kosciuszko, because in 2008 my brother-in-law and I climbed Kilimanjaro together," Greenwood told Mashable. "Then in 2009 he climbed Kosciuszko and [was] holding it over my head that he had climbed two of the seven summits and I had only done one. I wanted to even the score."

Seems like Greenwood has more than achieved his goal, producing a beautiful showcase summer in an Australian city in the process.

Take that, Stephen's brother-in-law.
