This is a whole lot of trailer.

Baz Luhrmann never does things by halves, and that includes the trailer for his upcoming film Elvis.

Clocking in at over three minutes long, the trailer gives us a good look at Austin Butler's portrayal of rock icon Elvis Presley, from the glitzy outfits to the hysteria-inducing hip shimmying to the conflicts with his manager (Tom Hanks). It's honestly a whole journey in itself, taking us through 20 years of Elvis's career in the same amount of time it takes to listen to one of his songs. Bring on Elvis.

Elvis hits theaters June 24.
