Ethan Hawke, Andrew Scott, and Bobby Cannavale at the junket for 'Blue Moon'
Watch Next

This year, Richard Linklater directed not one but two biopics about larger-than-life artists. After Nouvelle Vague, which focussed on the production of Jean-Luc Godard's Breathless (1960), there is Blue Moon, which focusses on the friendship between Broadway legends Lorenz Hart (Ethan Hawke) and Richard Rodgers (Andrew Scott).

Mashable's Head of Video Mark Stetson sat down with Hawke, Scott, and Bobby Cannavale (playing an omniscient bartender Bobbie) to discuss their roles, and how they see the Hart-Rodgers relationship.

Blue Moon opens in limited release on Oct. 17, before going wide Oct. 24.
