The official trailer for Expats, a limited series created and directed by Lulu Wang, has arrived.

Based on Janice Y. K. Lee’s bestselling novel The Expatriates, the six-episode limited series stars Nicole Kidman, Sarayu Blue and Ji-young Yoo, playing characters bound together after a family tragedy. After a series of life-altering events, their lives are inextricably linked. The show's themes – of privilege, race, and accountability – are visible in the trailer, which certainly looks like a tense ride.

How to watch: Expats will premiere on Prime Video on January 26, 2024, with new episodes following weekly.
