Unfunny guy mansplains comedy to female comedian on first date

Of all the things never to say to a female comedian, this hideous conversation on Channel 4's First Dates contains the very worst.

While Russell was on a first date with comedienne Kelly, he decided to offer up some thoughts on female comedians.

"Female stand-up comedians. They're not usually that attractive. They're quite fat," said Russell. Wow, how thoroughly charming, Russell.

As if that wasn't bad enough, he continued in his mansplaining. "Men are usually funnier," he declared.

Cue: excruciating silence.

Asking Kelly what her comedy style is usually like, he told her that "right now, it's pretty shit."

"I should be the comedian," he added. Wow, it's a miracle you're still single, Russell!
