Germany is commemorating the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall with a week-long festival. An impressive 450-feet-long sculpture now floats in midair in front of the Brandenburg Gate, where the Berlin Wall once divided the city.

The Visions in Motion installation was put together by Poetic Kinetics to commemorate the demonstrators’ banners during the Peaceful Revolution.
