For rural communities living around Mount Boutmezguida in Morocco's Anti-Atlas mountain range, water is scarce and precious. It's one of the driest areas in the country, and it's further affected by climate change.

However, an NGO, Dar Si Hmad, teamed up with the German Water Foundation to install the world's biggest fog-harvesting project.

The 'CloudFisher' system is made up of fog catching nets that converts moisture into water. It's able to collect up to 1,600 gallons of fresh, clean water per day that nearby villages can utilize.
