When these grandkids told their grandma that she's going to be a great grandma, she thanked them for the nice compliment. 

Although we're sure this woman is indeed an excellent grandmother, the grandchildren were trying to tell her that they were actually expecting a child, which would upgrade her family title from grandma to great grandma.

"How great could I be?" she asks her grandchildren at one point. 

It took her a minute, but she happily accepted her promotion.
