Scott Bigos spent his Halloween dressed as a news reporter from BSN, a fake news network, while a friend of his worked a camera. It allowed the two of them to cover the real news that was breaking on the streets.
Never breaking character, Bigos conducted interviews with Harley Quinn, Fred Flinstone, "Bleeding Man" and a myriad of partiers celebrating a Halloween night out.
