Hillary Clinton hilariously demonstrates Putin's 'manspreading'

Hillary Clinton is finally back in the public eye with the book tour for What Happened, a candid look at the 2016 presidential election.

In her appearance on Stephen Colbert's The Late Show, Clinton talked a lot about Russian meddling in American democracy, but the host had very specific questions on Vladimir Putin.

"Our intelligence community and others have said that he had a personal grudge against me. I don't take it personally. I think it's part of his world view which is all tied up with his anger his disappointment in the collapse of the Soviet Union, and feeling we're his number one rival," Clinton said, recalling Putin's efforts to undermine the European-American alliance.

But it's not just a different world view, the former secretary of state said. "Partly it's because I'm a woman which seems to get him a bit agitated -- he actually has said some things about that."

Pressed by Colbert to clarify what she means by that, Clinton hilariously demonstrated Putin's "manspreading" habit at meetings. Then, she recounted an episode at his dacha outside of Moscow, when Clinton managed to engage with the Russian president on the protection of wildlife.
