HBO is offering another glimpse at the sure to be exquisite His Dark Materials.
In the project's first official trailer, stars Dafne Keene, James McAvoy, Ruth Wilson, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and their four-legged co-stars — known as "daemons" in the series— stunningly embody the roles set out for them by Phillip Pullman's trilogy.
The preview comes after another trailer debuted at San Diego Comic-Con. By all accounts, the adaptation seems to be a perfect imagining of the beloved literary work. If you're not familiar, buckle up. This is one story you don't want to miss.
His Dark Materials will premiere on HBO Nov. 4 at 9 p.m. ET.
