You've never seen ice skater and cultural phenomenon Tonya Harding like this. And you sure as hell have never seen actress Margot Robbie like this either.

In a teaser for the upcoming biopic on the U.S. Figure Skating Championship, Robbie explains what it takes to capture America's heart. It's a cynical perspective, and more prescient than ever at a time when being hated could get you into the White House.

"Tonya may have been a punchline, but as presented in I, Tonya, the hard facts of her life actually read like a tragedy," Mashable early review of the film notes. "Hers is a story of loving what could not or would not love her back."

Be sure to catch the film when it's released on Dec. 8, and read our full review for a sneak peek.
