That's the premise of the comedy Fist Fight, which pits mild-mannered English teacher Andy (Charlie Day) against his colleague Ron (Ice Cube).
They're joined by Tracy Morgan, Jillian Bell and Christina Hendricks.
Day's It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia collaborator Richie Keen directed the New Line movie, which hits theaters on Feb. 17.
