The BBC's Planet Earth II brings us this video of a poor little iguana who was just going about his business. And then, from literally nowhere, emerges what seems like the world's entire snake population. He runs faster than his little legs can carry him to get away from all these snakes. Lo and behold, he runs into another nest of snakes. This is where stuff gets pretty hairy.

But, just when he thought his number was up, this bad boy of an iguana broke free. He is a hero, the Tom Cruise of the iguana world! Those snakes didn't even stand a chance.
