The first photo for Marvel's Inhumans didn't exactly fill us with confidence, and now that we've seen the new trailer... well, let's just say it's a good thing that the show still has three months of tweak time before it makes it to a gigantic Imax screen.
The latest Marvel-ABC series is executive produced by Scott Buck, the man who gave us Lumberjack Dexter and the divisive (to put it gently) Iron Fist, and while trailers aren't always indicative of the finished product, we have to admit that we're a little concerned at how Black Bolt, Medusa and the rest of the royals will translate to live action, especially given the amount of visual effects work the heroes will require.
The feature-length Inhumans premiere debuts in Imax theaters on September 1, before the episode airs on ABC on September 29. The eight-episode series stars Anson Mount, Game of Thrones alum Iwan Rheon and Serinda Swan.
