Who is Anna Delvey? Inventing Anna, a new limited series from Netflix and Shondaland, investigates the true story of New York socialite Anna Delvey, whose lavish lifestyle and convincing confidence duped so many.
Julia Garner stars as Delvey, who pretended to be an heiress in order to get away with her lifestyle from 2013 to 2017. She was eventually convicted of multiple counts of larceny and theft of services, but that doesn't make her story any less compelling. The series also stars Anna Chlumsky, Alexis Floyd, Laverne Cox, Anders Holm, and more. Jessica Pressler, whose article set fire to Delvey's story, serves as producer.
Inventing Anna hits Netflix on Feb. 11.
