It's already been firmly established that James Corden is not a fan of Halloween.
Unfortunately for the him, the entire staff of The Late Late Show is. During his Thursday night monologue, Corden (dressed in a regular suit) went between his various crew members, interrogating them on their costume choices.
"Well, we can't ignore it," sighs Corden. "Or can we? Maybe actually the cooler thing to do is just not even acknowledge that four of the writers are dressed as a Kit Kat."
