"A #GreenShirtGuy laughed all day, we kept the feral hogs away."

In case you missed anything this summer, James Corden recapped his way through the big events of the last few months, from California's earthquakes to New York's blackout, Trump's racism, record breaking heatwaves, Democratic debates, Stranger Things Season 3, the Cats trailer (of course), the might of "Old Town Road," and salmon cannons.

And it all rhymes.

"Sophie Turner and Joe got married at last. Must have lost my invite, heard it was a blast," said Corden.

"Trump got in a spat with Megan Rapinoe, Brad Pitt showed his abs in the new Tarantino," he continued. "Liberals cancelled Equinox, FaceApp made me a silver fox."
