James Corden wants the best for his 5-year-old son Max. So if Max wants to join gymnastics, James has to be sure it's up to his dad code.

In the video above, James Corden goes to the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics to test out their gymnastics program ahead of his son Max and it goes south very quickly. James joins a group of youngsters and attempts to keep up with their stretches and cartwheels. Suffice to say he fails miserably.
When he asks his fellow gymnast why he's struggling at gymnastics, she bluntly says, "Because you're rubbish."
Harsh, but true. Certainly Max will have better luck at the sport.
