Buckle in for Jamie Foxx's delightful Tesla test drive
Watch Next

It's true that you can Google whatever you want to know about electric cars, but when Jamie Foxx gets in the driver's seat of a Tesla we have to follow along. Foxx tested out the Tesla Model 3 Performance with a camera crew, and the 12-minute video of his experience flies by.

Though it starts with a brief clip of Foxx testing the car's 0-to-60 acceleration, we're fully along for the ride when he boasts about its hands-free features and then tries to close a door with his mind (the technology hasn't quite caught up with Foxx's imagination).

The rest of the drive is as entertaining, including impressions of Dr. Phil and Dwayne Johnson, an anecdote about Elon Musk ("I saw [him] at a distance. He has a very distinct head"), and repeated shouts to the gas-powered cars on the road of "You ain't no Tesla, bitch!"

You can watch the full video above. Buckle up.
