Jennifer Aniston may only have been on Instagram for about a day, but she's already cruised past 11 million followers – casually breaking a world record in the process. To be fair, her first post — a reunion selfie with her co-stars from Friends — was a ridiculously strong way to open.

In the clip above from Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Aniston talks about her decision to join the app — or rather, her decision to finally bow under the pressure to join.

"What you resist, persist, so what the hey," she tells Kimmel, before admitting she hasn't spent much time looking at Instagram yet. "I'm just trying to 'build content', as they say," she jokes.

The good news? That selfie definitely isn't a one-off. Aniston has already posted a new video, and she says she has a selfie lined up and ready to go with Diane Sawyer (who she had dinner with as part of her research for The Morning Show).

Speaking of building content, she also manages to snag an Instagram-ready selfie with Kimmel before the interview is over. Now that's some good multi-tasking.
