"Where are my tonsils?!"

Those are the words Jessica Alba screamed after surviving her grueling Hot Ones experience.

The talented actor and businesswoman was fairly confident she could handle the spiciest wings, but on the off-chance that she couldn't, she came prepared. Because she was calling into Hot Ones from home, Alba had the chance to assemble an impressive lineup of potential heat remedies — including oat milk, honey, peanut butter, yogurt, ice, and even lip gloss.

Alba might just be the most prepared celebrity guest to ever appear on Hot Ones. But sadly, not a single one of her well-researched cool down methods was able to save her from burning up.

If you're in the mood for a laugh, or simply want to see the Alba swear, talk about bowel movements, and take some antacids, you're definitely going to want to watch this episode.
