Earlier this month, actor Jim Tavaré was in a terrible car accident that left him with collapsed lungs, multiple broken bones and a broken neck. He spent two weeks in intensive care battling his severe injuries.
On Monday, Tavaré was able to get into a wheelchair and go outside for one very good reason: to see his beloved dog Mr. Kippy. According to a post on Tavaré's Facebook page, Mr. Kippy was with the actor at the time of the accident, but doesn't seem to have suffered the same bad injuries as Tavaré.
The bond between an owner and his dog is something special, and in the video it's clear that Tavaré and Mr. Kippy are very glad to be back together again. We're not crying, you're crying.
