It came as a surprise to no-one that Trump started Memorial Day with a shouty, all-caps TruthSocial post ranting about the Biden administration — least of all Jimmy Kimmel.

In the video above he kicked off Tuesday's Jimmy Kimmel Live! monologue with a reference to the post, which went from "HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY" to "THE SCUM THAT SPENT THE LAST FOUR YEARS TRYING TO DESTROY OUR COUNTRY" in just a handful of words.

"Any subject, he can exit to the previous administration," says Kimmel. "'Would you like some ketchup, Mr President?' 'Catchup? If Biden was still in charge, we'd never catchup! He's a loser!' 'I'll just leave it here on the table...'"
